As part of our digital transformation, we reimagined our Learning
Management System to deliver an engaging, equitable, and blended learning experience tailored for consultants aged 40+, balancing demanding work schedules with personal growth.
We tackled three core UX challenges:
sparking active participation over passive learning, clearly differentiating formats (asynchronous, synchronous, and live events), and ensuring the journey was intuitive, motivating, and accessible.
Through an iterative, feedback‑driven design process, we introduced clear navigation cues, visually distinct learning modes, and a streamlined interface that turned training from a chore into a self‑driven, enjoyable experience—boosting engagement and reducing learner drop‑off.
